Theme for 2025

Building on last year’s success—Innovation for Inclusion: Engineering and Science as Catalysts for Social Change—this year we introduce the theme: “Empowering Tomorrow: Using Science and Engineering for Human Progress.” This theme highlights the essential role that science and engineering play in creating a better future. It encourages participants to share new ideas and practical solutions that can improve lives and foster sustainable change around the world.

Time and Place

Join us on December 2-3, 2025, for a fully online conference that breaks down geographical barriers. All presentations and interactions will take place digitally, allowing participants from around the world to engage seamlessly. Organised and managed by Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, this format not only facilitates global participation but also supports environmental sustainability by reducing travel. This approach is in perfect alignment with our commitment to fostering a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Review Process

The conference embraces a meticulous double-blind peer-review process to guarantee exceptional contributions. Initially, every submission is carefully evaluated by our proceedings editor to ensure it aligns perfectly with the summit’s focus. Afterwards, two independent international experts review the papers in detail, determining their suitability and overall impact for presentation. Our rigorous selection is reflected in our impressive 70% acceptance rate, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and quality in advancing meaningful research.

Publication

The papers presented at this conference will be compiled into a proceedings book on AIP Conference Proceeding published by the prestigious publisher AIP Publishing.
